Christmas Cards

Below are this year's 2014 Christmas cards I made for family and friends. I didn't have much time to design and personalize each card for everyone so I stuck to one layout and just moved the embellishments around. The wooden embellishments really helped me out on this one; quick & simple. All I needed to do was glue. I think I will use them again in the future. Till next year...Happy 2015!!!

"May the beauty of the season bring you joy and warm memories to cherish throughout the year."

Christmas Pillows

I finally got a chance to use my WeRMemory Pillow Box Scoreboard. I made these for my coworkers, friends, and family using Christmas designer paper, red/white twine, and 'Season Greeting' sentiment stamp. Hope everyone have a wonderful warm winter holiday. Happy New Year!!!

Snowman

For this winter season, my students learned about snowmans. They wrote an informative piece on How to Build a Snowman and got to decorate it. They also had so much fun creating their cotton snowmans (more pics to come).

Fall Thanks Sister Swap

Fall has arrived & is about to leave us. Time is flying, before we know it it will be Christmas already! Anyway, below is a card I made for my November Secert Sister Swap. The theme was "Fall" and I used the latest Anya (forgot name) from The Greeting Farm to create this card. I made it into a Thank You card because Thanksgiving lands in the Fall. Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Halloween Fun

October was definitely a festive month. It came and flew. Below are pictures of all the crafty projects we stirred up; from Halloween banner to haunted houses and Frankenstein Math to Skeleton Hands. For the most part, all my students were engaged and motivated. They were even begging me to give them more things to LEARN!!! Muahhahhhahhh!!! Can't wait for November!

Halloween Sister Swap

Happy Halloween! I joined the Secert Sister Card Swap this month and the theme for this month is 'anything goes' so I made a Halloween card for my sister swap using tgf's digi witch and designer paper. The Secert Sister Swap is a group of people who enjoys crafting and every month the organizer randomly pairs us together and picks a theme for the month. Then we have a month to create our projects and send them out. If you are interested let me know and I'll send the details your way. Thanks for stopping by!

Happy Birthday Blessings

This card was made especially for my crafting buddy Kathy of Craftaholic. She is such an inspiration, and always encourage me to create create create! Without her, I would not be doing all these cool paper crafting projects. I just want to say "Thank you and I wish you a blessed Birthday"!!!

I used TGF's SSSC Stamp # 9 and Sizzix's Flip Card Dies to create this card.

Back to School

Hello There! It's that time of year again...summer fun is over, teachers and kids alike are back at it again. Wishing all educators & students a wonderful school year. Below is a Back to School themed collage frame I made especially for this occasion. I used TGF Cheeky Teacher stamp and Sticko Stickers to embellish it. I'm amazed & happy on how it turned out. It was also very simple to make so stay tune for more in other themes. ;)

Below is the finished product, with sentiment & personalized for my friend.

Simple 27

Happy 27th Birthday to my wonderful BF. I have been on Summer Break for a week now and still haven't found time to do some crafting. I have been going to trainings after trainings this week. I made this simple card at the very last minute for my BF based on this week's The Greeting Farm's Fresh Farm Friday Challenge guidelines. I used Birthday Ian for this card and embossed half of the white card stock using Darcie's Birthday Folder. Then I added a 2 to complete the message from the embossing folder and Ian, "Happy Birthday 2 YOU".  And because he is turning 27, I added a 7 next to the 2.

Anniversary

Happy Memorial Day!!!

I would like to share this card I made for my bf to celebrate our 6th Year Anniversary a couple days ago. Oh how time flies...For the past few years we have been together, we like to capture all our memories from road trips to birthdays to random food marathons. Looking back at our photos bring back so much precious moments we shared together. This Picture Prefect stamp set from The Greeting Farm perfectly resembles us. I can't wait for summer vacation to begin so we can spend some more time together and create new memories.

Heartfelt Thanks

One of my co-worker was very kind enough to be my Support Provider/ Teacher to assist with clearing my multiple subject credential. In return, I made her the card below using TGF Frappi Anya. Isn't she adorable? The sentiment is from Amy R.'s Thank You set.

Baby Ian

Happy Wednesday!!! Here is another very simple card I made for by co-worker using TGF Baby Ian.

Diaper Cake

Hello There! It was my first time making a diaper cake and I am happy with how it turned out. Below are also three cards I made for the baby shower because we have such a large staff on our campus one card was not enough space for everyone to sign. These cards are not your typical size cards, these measure 5.5" x 8.5". Thanks for dropping by. She's having a BOY BTW! ;)

Welcome, Baby

She's having a ____. My co - worker is having a baby and she has decided not to find out the sex of the baby until it comes out of her tummy. So it was kind of difficult to decide which colors I wanted to make the card for her. I didn't want it to look too girlie or boyish. I kept the colors neutral and a balance of boy and girl embellishments. What do you think?

Party Favor Mini Boxes

Here is another set of wedding party flavor boxes I experimented with using the new We R Memory Box Scoreboard. I like how these came out. I added some Baker Twine and heart cut - outs from a Martha Stewart punch. They are a lot smaller than the previous box I made, but these look cuter and modern with style ;)

Flip Cards

SPRING BREAK has finally arrived for me. I gave myself a little "ME" time and spent the whole day doing arts & crafts. It felt good not having to think of work for once. Anyway, below are two flip cards I made along with some others I made today and will post later this week. Both sentiments are from Amy R. Thanks for peeking.

Chinese Lanterns

Chinese New Year is just a couple days away and we have already started the celebration. My students and I made lanterns, and it is hanging above the door. Every time we walk in, we get to see the lovely lanterns. My kids loved making these. They are so excited to take them home this Friday along with their red envelop filled with Chinese candy. :)

Its a Party...Anya

Here's a simple card I created in celebration of the New Year. The image is from TGF - Birthday Anya 2. I threw in the "It's A Party" sentiment since everyone is still partying away for the New Year.

I hope your New Year is starting off right!

Thanks for stopping by!

Happy New Year

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! Welcome 2014!!!

I am really enjoying and taking advantage of my Winter Break. Today I spent the whole day crafting in my first and very own craft room (Thanks to my wonderful Boyfriend); not having to worry about lesson planning or cleaning. What a great way to start off the new year...hopefully I will get more of these. It felt so awesome to just think about creating and nothing else. Below are 5 Picture/Calendars Easel cards I created in one sitting for the new year. I plan to give them to my close friends and families; and of course one to my BF. You can insert a picture of your choice on the top panel of the card. Great gift to dress up any boring office desk. :)
